Private & Group CLASSES
PAYMENT: Please make 2 separate payments for the passes and for rentals. (Rental budget is confirmed separately with Tatiana after you paid for the classes). 1) by e-TRANSFER (interrac transfer) Available in any Canadian bank or credit union) * preferred method * and the only one if the package is paid for less than 1 week in advance. If you are new to e-transfers, please find information here >> Fees: $0 - $1.5 depending on the bank Timeline: very fast - usually within 2 hours and you will get a notification that the recipient accepted your transfer. ........................................................................................................................... 2) by PayPal (follow the link & put in the amount for the class pass + add 3% transaction fee rounded up for passes (the fee can be skipped for payments under $100) 3) * by cash (only in some cases) 4) * Canadian check (handed in person, at least 2 weeks before the classes) * e-transfer and PayPal payments are preferred methods ............................................................................................................................ Important Info: - No refund policy (unless force major circumstances, proof required), change of date of the class is possible (as an exception, if not on regular basis) with a 36-hour notice. *** Any claims for refunds or exchanges can't be accepted after 1 week of the missed class. Please, respect instructor's time and work. - In case on agreed conditions the rental fee was not paid before the class and it was missed for whatever reason, rentals have to be paid immediately within 24h as well as the class fee is extracted from the pass. - If you are late for the class, please, text to 604-780-7835 in any case of delay and be prompt with coming to the class whenever possible. Time of the private class usually can't be shifted because of the studios rental conditions however you can take the remaining part of the class. - In some cases when I am more flexible with time, you can add extra time to the class (make it longer) provided there are enough hours left in the package and that studio is available (rentals have to be covered by the student). ................................................................................................................................. |
GROUP CLASSES / WORKSHOPS:
Venues for CLASSES vary depending on the MagicTango series. These studios are among those which are rented occasionally for classes. In some cases lessons are offered at the home of a student provided space & floor are suitable (to be discussed). Instructor books the studio for private, once you and the instructor agree on the location, date(s) and time. 1) For classes @ Broadway Ballroom practice studio - your contribution to the rental fee is $13/h for 1 student and $18 for 2 (tax included) BROADWAY BALLROOM (practice studio) 1050 W Broadway Vancouver, BCV6H 1E6 PARKING: there is a FREE parking at the BrB studio. - enter from a side alley at Oak street (first one on your right when you turn from Broadway / west off Oak st.) and then to the underground parking lot (you will see Broadway Ballroom sign) - you can take any spot which is not marked with some special restricting sign. - take the elevator and go to the reception floor and take a ticket from there which you could use for 1 year for any other time when you park there.
